Refund Policy
We hope that any purchases that you have made via our online boutique, you will be 100% satisfied with your purchases once received. In the event you are not sure that you have made the appropriate purchase, we operate a free returns and full refund policy on stock products that have been delivered in the UK only, should we are unable to offer an exchange.
For Made to Order, patina and customise item (s) unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund or exchange as these item (s) would have been made based on your specifications and requirements, and are tailored for you the buyer only.
Before sending any returns to us, you should first notify us by email informing us the reason for the return. We will respond to your request usually within 2 business days to confirm your request.
All returns should be returned in the original state, unworn or used, with original tags and original packaging, as well as sent via a traceable courier service. When returning ready to wear stocked shoes, your shoes should show no visible signs of creases in the leather, scuff marks, dirt particles on the sole or heels.
Any return items having any damages, marks, creases, scuffs, signs of them being worn, do not qualify for returns, exchange or refund. All returns must have the original or copy of your receipt. Once we have received the return item (s) and have completed a full inspection of the returned item (s), we will offer you your refund.
